Our Commitment
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If your equipment fails due to a manufacturing flaw during this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion — no excuses.
What is Covered
- Structural failures of frames or welding.
- Defective hardware or mechanical components.
- Manufacturing flaws in high-density padding or grips.
What is Not Covered
This warranty is built on the foundation of Discipline and Respect for your gear. It does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Surface scratches, minor cosmetic fading, or standard upholstery aging.
- Misuse: Damage caused by dropping weights inappropriately, exposure to the elements, or exceeding the specified weight capacity.
- Neglect: Lack of proper maintenance or unauthorized modifications.
