30-Day “No Questions Asked” Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Whether it’s the fit, the feel, or you’ve simply changed your mind — if you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund of the purchase price.
The Conditions
To maintain the high standards of our community, all returns must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Free from any odors, pet hair, or stains (chalk, deodorant, etc.).
Return Shipping Options
To keep our premium pricing accessible for all athletes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have two ways to send your gear back:
- Self-Ship: Use the carrier of your choice to send your package to our return center. We recommend a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Pre-Paid Label (Convenience Option): We can provide a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount, saving you a trip to the post office counter.
How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Contact our support team at contact@duonamic.com with your order number and let us know if you would like a pre-paid label.
- Pack It Up: Securely package your items in their original packaging.
- Get Paid: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
